Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

Payment in full is required upon placing your order. We accept payment online by MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover, or PayPal®. All payments must be paid in U.S. currency.

Orders

To get your order into production, payment in full must be made and proofs of your print items must be submitted as approved. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with an order number after we receive your order. Refer to your order number if you contact us with questions.

We reserve the right to refuse any material upon receipt if it does not meet our specifications, is copyrighted, or we deem the material unsuitable. Orders outside the USA are not accepted.

Reorders

Past orders may be accessed for reorder from your account. If your order requires changes, a new proof will be sent for approval.

Production

Once we receive payment and your approved proofs, production will begin on your order. Regular production time is 5–10 business days. High volume times of the year may affect production times.

Shipping

Your order will be delivered to the address you specified as your shipping address on the order form. Shipping time is determined by your shipping method choice. Allow extra time for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska. We require a street address; deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. box. Carriers give priority service to business addresses, so you may want your order shipped to your workplace. Keep in mind most carriers will deliver to the door only and not to a preferred place of storage. Truck drivers, subject to regulations, are not required to give assistance unloading. Some companies may offer unloading services, but the customer is responsible for any costs incurred for extra services.

Inspect Your Order

ALWAYS inspect ALL containers and items carefully upon delivery. Shipments are insured with the carrier, who is responsible for any damage (not Crush Printing). We will help in any way we can if a claim is necessary. Report any visible damage to the carrier and note on the delivery receipt before signing. You MUST SAVE the damaged items and containers in which they were delivered for possible inspection. Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within 7 days of delivery. Defective items not due to shipping must be reported to Crush Printing® within 90 days of the ship date.

Proofs

The proof represents how the production file will print and is to ensure that all print items are in the correct order and to your specifications. Do not assume anything. If something isn't quite right, make a note of it or contact us. If any items require changes, you must resubmit them; we do not make corrections to your files.
